First Peoples Law LLP is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join our growing team dedicated to defending and advancing the rights of Indigenous Peoples in Canada.

The Corporate Lawyer will have the following combination of skills and experience:

interest and ability to participate in client and business development
strong client service skills with the ability to foster solid relationships
willingness to travel across the country to remote locations using a wide variety of transportation methods (prop-plane, truck, hiking, ATV, boat, snowmobile, etc.)
comfortable working in First Nation communities
called to the bar in British Columbia
a sense of humour
Description of Position
The Corporate Lawyer will work collaboratively with the firm’s partners and associates to deliver high-quality legal representation to our clients with a focus on corporate matters.
The Corporate Lawyer will work on a full-time basis, primarily out of our Vancouver office. Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
