The Indigenous Bar Association’s 29th Annual Fall Conference

The Indigenous Bar Association is pleased to announce that we will be hosting the 29th Annual Fall Conference in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

The theme of this years conference is “Ankukamkewey: Joining Together in Peace and Friendship.” We will take a critical look beyond Canada’s 150th Anniversary. We aim to examine the relationship between Indigenous peoples and Canada in the light of both Indigenous and Canadian laws.
